In order to identify suitable candidates from a skillset, career aspiration and team fit for you, the success rate increases with the quality of information provided by you.The ideal situation is a face-to-face meeting held at your premises. This gives an insight into your operation and in these meetings a tour of the plant, a full job description, an introduction to key staff the candidate will report to and a discussion of how the candidate will be measured once hired can take place.

Over eighteen years of recruitment with the majority focused in the print, packaging, label, publishing, digital and signage industries, VPR Ltd has an extensive database of quality candidates. Our process is designed to reflect your requirements, however it is our recommendation that your process includes at least two face to face interviews with a prospective candidate. The process also includes reference checking by VPR Ltd and the questions around this can be discussed to ensure we probe any areas of concern to you.
