Multitasking admin. / C.S.R. role, admin. support for special tour/ tournament Co.

The role is varied and well suited to a proven administrator with the ability to add value to the company’s client’s holiday tours and tournament experience.

Along with your great communication skills (English written & oral to first language level), you offer excellent Excel, Word, Mail Merge and Powerpoint skills.

The company organize national and international Golf tours, so an enjoyment and knowledge of Golf is essential.

Your past roles have given you experience in processing and recording travel, accommodation and related data.  The ability to deal with invoices, accounts and payments is necessary.

Preference is for a person who has prepared email newsletters, updated websites and used other media platforms.

This is a multitasking role and duties vary depending on the work flow and time of year, therefore a flexible attitude works well in this small team.

Remuneration is experience linked circa $50k to $60k.
