This is well suited to a proven office administrator with accounts and reception experience who likes a varied role. Being front line for the company means you deal with a wide range of people, clients/ suppliers/ technicians and we need a person who can record information quickly and accurately.
Accounts experience is required and having MYOB skills a bonus. We need Excel and word skills too please. Other duties include recording and updating data, price lists and stock, assisting the directors with P.A. type duties and a bonus would be experience with marketing or preparing sales material and updating social media.
It is preferred that you have a current N.Z. driver’s licence and you must have the right to work in N.Z. Please note English to first language level is a requirement as is a clear, welcoming phone manner.
The company is in Mt Eden and the hours are 8.30 to 5 pm. The salary is exp linked circa $45 to 48 K
