Over the past twenty years this family owned and operated , environmentally aware company has provided a wide range of paper and materials to numerous industry sectors, which include industrial and food clients as well as consumers. From imported good the company customise orders on site, noting that efficient and accurate distribution of orders is the key to their success.
The company need to add a CSR/ administrator to the team and this role is deemed an essential part in ensuring their client receive on going excellent service.
They are looking for a communicator with high levels of administration skills and experience. We need you to be people and task focussed.
These are the attributes and experience we are looking for;
The ability to communicate internally and externally as you will deal with clients and suppliers.
Solid data entry/ keyboard skills, including Excel for running reports, creating graphs and experience with accounting systems such as Zero, MYOB or similar
Procedure and systems focussed, note that it is an advantage to have corporate or manufacturing experience
Experience at dealing with Health and Safety issues
Exp with HACCP or other food safety experience
Dealt with offshore payments, including dealing with foreign exchange
Self motivated multitasker who enjoys a varied role
A proven person with the above skills and experience can expect to earn circa $60 to 70K
